• معنی: به‌معنای برداشت یا خاک‌برداری سطح زمین طبق نقشه‌های تراز است.

• کاربرد: برای هم‌سطح کردن زمین و رساندن نقاط مرتفع به تراز طراحی انجام می‌شود.

• هدف: آماده‌سازی بستر برای اجرای پی، کف‌سازی یا روسازی.
